1. Eligibility and Registration Requirements

1.1 Age Requirement
You must be 21 years of age or older. At registration or at any stage, fbajaa may request a government-issued ID or other documents to verify your age. Your account may be restricted until verification is complete.
1.2 Location
This Platform is operated for the Bangladesh market. Access from jurisdictions where online gaming and betting services are legally prohibited is strictly forbidden. It is entirely the user's own responsibility to comply with applicable local laws.
1.3 Multiple Accounts Prohibited
Each individual may operate only one account. Creating more than one account by the same person, the same household, or from the same device is a clear violation of fbajaa's rules. If such a violation is found, all associated accounts will be permanently closed and the deposited balance may be forfeited.
1.4 Accurate Information
All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. If false information is provided, fbajaa reserves the right to close the account and forfeit the deposited funds. If your information changes, please notify the support team immediately.
2. Account Security and Management
2.1 Protecting Your Login Details
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Do not share your account details with any other person. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out through your account.
2.2 Unauthorized Access
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the fbajaa support team immediately. If not reported in a timely manner, fbajaa will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized use.
2.3 Account Suspension or Closure
fbajaa may suspend or permanently close an account at any time for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions
- Fraudulent activity or bonus abuse
- Operating multiple accounts
- Failure to verify age or identity
- Money laundering or suspicious financial activity
3. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
fbajaa provides secure and fast transaction facilities through the mobile banking and banking services available in Bangladesh.

3.1 Deposit Conditions
Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and such transactions may be returned. After a deposit is successful, a short processing time may be required for verification in the fbajaa system.
3.2 Withdrawal Conditions
The following conditions must be met before requesting a withdrawal:
- Your account must be fully verified.
- If any bonus has been received, the specified wagering requirements must be met.
- Withdrawals may only be made via the same method used for your most recent deposit (to prevent money laundering).
- Standard withdrawals are processed within 10–45 minutes; in special circumstances, additional time may be required for the verification process.
3.3 Transaction Rejection

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
fbajaa offers various bonuses for new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms and conditions described below.
4.1 Welcome Bonus
A 150% bonus on the first deposit is provided up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: on a ৳1,000 deposit you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500; on a deposit of ৳22,000 or more you will receive the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳37,000.
The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times (25x) — meaning you must wager 25 times the bonus amount before withdrawing. The time limit for completing the wagering requirement begins from the moment the bonus is activated.
4.2 VIP Cashback Bonus
fbajaa's VIP program has four tiers, and a weekly cashback is provided at each tier:
- Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
VIP tier advancement depends on your activity and regular participation on the Platform. The specific wagering conditions for cashback bonuses will be communicated at the time the bonus is credited.
4.3 Bonus Abuse
Any of the following activities will be considered bonus abuse and the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited:
- Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts
- Using strategies to circumvent bonus terms and conditions
- Multiple members of the same household claiming bonuses from the same device or network
- Attempting to fulfill wagering requirements through low-risk bets
5. Gameplay and Fair Play Policy
5.1 Game Rules
Each game has its own rules, which can be found in the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of the relevant game before playing. Results produced by the game provider's software and Random Number Generator (RNG) are final and not subject to dispute.
5.2 Technical Errors

5.3 Sports Betting
The following conditions apply to sports betting (including cricket BPL, IPL, T20, and ICC events):
- If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with fbajaa's rules.
- fbajaa will not be held responsible for internet disconnection during live betting.
- Any bet connected to deliberate manipulation of a match result (match fixing) will be declared void.
6. Responsible Gaming
fbajaa believes that online gaming is an entertainment activity and should be enjoyed responsibly. We are mindful of the mental and financial wellbeing of our users.
6.1 Setting Personal Limits

6.2 Self-Exclusion
